In 2017, we launched Victory Commercial Services, LLC dba Victory Construction as a family, with one simple conviction: Commercial clients deserve a contractor who shows up like an owner, not just another vendor.

My husband had spent 15 years running crews for the property managers. I had worked in the housekeeping industry for 12 years. My sons finished school with one goal in mind - scale together. We were tired of watching business owners get lost in layers of subcontractors, surprise change orders, and broken promises.

So, we started Victory the only way we knew how: Two generations of our family, one truck, and a handshake promise that every office, retail space, restaurant, or medical suite would be treated like it carried our own last name on the lease.

Just a local, family-owned company determined to earn the trust of DMV property managers, tenants, and business owners, one job at a time.
